I've Got My Cake... Now What?

Transportation

When you come to pick up your cake, please make sure you have a clear flat spot in your car to put it. You can transport your cake on the floor in front of your seats or in the trunk. We do not recommend putting your cake on the passenger seat. Tier cakes need to be treated with extra care.

Please plan on going directly home or to your event after pick up. Do not leave your cake in the car on a hot day.

At Home

If you are not going to eat your cake right away, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator in the cake box. Take your cake out an hour before you plan to eat it so it has time to come to room temperature before it is eaten. If you are driving to a venue, keep your cake in the refrigerator until you are ready to leave your house. A cold cake is less likely to get damaged on the drive.

Serving Your Cake

Remove any inedible decorations before cutting your cake. Edible images can be served with the cake. Please be aware that tier cakes have support built into them. Remove any support structures before serving the cake slices. Never smash anyone's face into a tiered cake as this could cause injury.
